In December we had the honor of photographing T & E’s wedding day at the Upper Spruce Mountain Ranch. This is one of the most timeless and epic Winter weddings we have had the privilege of capturing.
The day commenced with an air of anticipation as T & E opted for a heartwarming first look, a cherished moment shared in private before the day’s festivities unfolded. Against the backdrop of freshly fallen snow and majestic mountains, T & E shared a first look and private vows.
With the sun setting early on winter days, we seized the opportunity to capture the couple’s portraits, along with those of their wedding party and family, all during the warm and sunny afternoon before the ceremony.
True to their vision, T & E’s wedding unfolded with a touch of timeless elegance, embracing a black-tie theme that exuded sophistication and refinement. T and his groomsmen cut striking figures in classic black tuxedos, while E’s bridesmaids epitomized grace in satin black bow dresses. This perfectly contrasted against the pristine canvas of the Winter snow.
Despite the snow, T & E chose to have an outdoor ceremony, with the venue and catering staff clearing the snow to create a breathtaking setting for their ceremony. As the sun started to set behind the mountains the guests were seated, T & E declared their love for one another, surrounded by their family and friends.
