Woodland Park Colorado Wedding Photos taken by Taylor Nicole Photography | Colorado Wedding Photographer
Hannah and I went to art school together. Then we worked at a coffee shop together, and now we photograph together! I love how the town of Greeley, Colorado makes such life long connections! Hannah photographed my wedding almost two years ago now, and we absolutely adore our photos. I have been on the inside loop for so long as she planned her wedding this year as well! Photographing for another photographer is SCARY friends. I know all the dreams and expectations I had as a bride who was also a photographer, and I knew that Hannah must have had those as well. But WOW was she the most calm bride. She planned the perfect Fall wedding and guess what friends, it was almost 100% DIY. From having her Mom completely alter her wedding dress, to making their own arch and more. This wedding was absolutely a dream come true for me as a photographer and I think for Hannah as a bride too!
So the most endearing thing I learned about the couple, they played t-ball against each other when they were young! They were actually looking through some home videos with Hannah’s family and they saw Isaac in the video! HOW CUTE IS THAT?! Hannah and Isaac fell in love, have adventured the world together, purchased their first house and are now the cutest newly weds ever! I am so excited for this couple.
Here is the vendor dream team that made this all a reality!

So the details…. I DIED photographing these details, she thought of every little thing special to them for their wedding day. And that color pallet though! WOW!
Hannah’s Mom altered her dress and added lace detail from her own wedding dress. Also, this dress wasn’t a two piece when they purchased it. Amazing alteration skills!
The bridal bouquet from Palmer Flowers was to die for. Brides, if you’re looking for a killer bouquet you know where to go.. Also start lifting because this baby was an arm workout! Well worth it!
Hannah’s rings were from the vintage collection of Brilliant Earth. Literally one of a kind.
A Fox cake topper?! How adorable is that?!
It was an overcast morning in Woodland Park, but we were walking up to our red rock space right as the light began to come up. They were so excited to share a first look.
And then we hiked into a canyon to exchange their vows. (It wasn’t a long hike, but it was a little steep at points!
Hannah and Isaac exchanged the vows they wrote as the light kept filling the canyon. I tried not to listen in, you can see the emotion here. Just wow. We needed to make our way back to the ceremony, but we also HAD to stop at these aspen trees in peak color!
Oh and then as we kept walking to the car, we found a teepee… So you could say this was just the perfect morning.
So we get back to the airbnb and it is absolutely transformed with wedding day decor.
The bridal party was so wonderful, and yes those are velvet bridesmaid dresses if you were wondering. Yes they were beautiful!
Then we sat down for the reception. WOW!
We toasted as fog began to pour in and blow through the trees.
We moved inside for the cake cutting. Cute fox cake for the couple and donuts for the guests! What a perfect brunch wedding dessert!
Stayed inside for special dances!
Then I had to steal the bride and groom again for portraits in the fog!
So yes this was a story book ending. The couple actually stayed at the venue after the send off to enjoy more time with their guests, which just speaks to the kind of lovely people they are.
