Fort Collins Engagement Photos taken by Taylor Nicole Photography| Colorado Wedding Photographer
Anna and Connor trained on this trail for their very first marathon together after they started dating. When they called to tell me about their wedding plans for Stove Prairie Ranch in 2023 they also told me they were getting a new puppy in a few weeks. So we planned their engagement session for late September in the mountains to include their newest pup.
The hardest part about planning Fall engagement sessions in Colorado is the weather. Fall colors in the mountains last a week or two but if colder weather comes through it can take the leaves down earlier than expected. Colorado weather had other plans for this Fall session too. It was raining throughout the mountains for the weekend of their session. So instead of rescheduling days we found a new location. This park and trail in Fort Collins was so special to them as a couple. It also had the beginning of Fall colors which was exciting!
Anna’s dress was rented from Rent the Runway. This is a great way to get a classy staple piece for your session without purchasing a new outfit. I loved their classy approach to their attire and style. The colors they selected complimented their skin tones and the environment.
Now we are looking forward to their wedding at Stove Prairie Ranch in Fort Collins this coming Summer. And personally I can’t wait to see their sweet puppy again. I am sure he will have grown so much by then.
