Engagement session tip: Bring what is important to you to your engagement session. It helps tell the story of you! So if you have pets, let’s include them. What Joelle & Joe did so perfectly is that they not only brought their dogs, but they also brought a family member to help control and keep track of the dogs when we didn’t need them in the photos. So pro tip is to bring a friend to help with your pets!

Another fun fact, Joelle already sent me a picture of the Christmas card they made from their engagement portraits for this year! I love that! So Joe & Joelle are planning a wedding on their family farm for August of 2020 and I am SO excited to see how their plans come together! I might just have to take a preview trip to see what they have going on before their wedding day. I love how everything about their wedding day is going to tell their story, and am excited to use the photos to do the same!
